CELEBRATING THE SPIRIT OF CRICKET THE WORLD OVER
The Spirit of Cricket is a very powerful phenomenon and holds similar values the world over.
104 member countries were involved in the celebrations, each staging a range of activities. The ICC commissioned us to create a toolkit including a branding system and templates that could be adapted locally whilst covering a wide selection of production processes. The toolkit included the centenary logo and all of the supporting collateral, event and marketing templates and a set of guidelines covering a range of materials they could create including websites, event dressing, communications, posters and centenary medals.
The logo itself encapsulated the ICC centenary tag-line ‘Catch the Spirit’ which celebrates cricket’s heritage, legends, invaluable volunteers and golden moments of the game. “The design has great strength to it and along with the templates they needed to be flexible and user friendly to ensure as wide a take up as possible by our members. What was created and delivered by Whitestone has been important to this undertaking.”
