A NEW COMMERCIAL SOPHISTICATION
Manchester City needed to enhance its sponsorship offer and Whitestone provided a commercial marketing campaign to underpin the commercial drive. Starting with the mid-tier rights packages our work went on to include the renewal and subsequent up-sell to its then shirt sponsor Thomas Cook, to its new and significantly larger agreement with Etihad.
The tools we created included commercial booklets, presentations and a campaign that could be extended to all commercial channels (MCFC used one
of their pitch-side boards on the centre line to promote their commercial initiative) that set out the club’s core offer in such a way could be used by the club and its agents for promotions, meetings and presentations. Ultimately, the work provided Manchester City with the tools to enter all potential sponsorship situations with a thoroughly professional approach.
