UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Following the success of the 2010/2011 campaign, Whitestone was again asked to create the RFU Women’s 2011/2012 season drive and to give it a new and refreshed angle to promote the Internationals series.
Following a morale-sapping defeat to the New Zealand Black Ferns at their last meeting during the 2010 Rugby World Cup, the messaging required a firm focus on ‘Unfinished Business’. The marketing and communications therefore deliver and capture the importance and pride at stake during return fixtures.
The campaign will once again follow the women’s team to the RBS six nations in 2012 where the reigning Champions will attempt to retain their crown by epitomising the philosophy of ‘Play with Honour, Win with Pride’.
As well as the campaign headlines and concepts, Whitestone’s work included the implementation of each season’s look across a range of communications and marketing media channels.
